Where Nature Meets Canvas

Beauty in Every Brushstroke
I don't just paint flowers—I capture their essence. Through dramatic, rich texture and a fearless use of vibrant colour, my oil paintings transform simple floral forms into powerful statements. Inspired by the intimate sanctuary of my gardens and the discoveries of my nature walks, I invite you to own a piece of this vivid, passionate world.
Artist statement.
My work represents an opportunity to take pause in the beauty of nature and obtain a moment of solitude amongst the chaos of our world. It is in this presence of mind, this concentration, this frozen moment in time that I find the strongest dialogue with my canvas. I hope that through this escape, my works allow the viewer to step into a personal journey with the subject.
Inspired by the immersive environments of artists like Claire Basler and the large-scale energy of Bobbie Burgers' floral still-life, I translate the textural and physical language of gardens, parks, forests, and other open spaces into my work. Each piece is an invitation to reconnect with this natural fabric, which is often missing in our increasingly digitised lives.
Flowers have always been connected to my heart. They form the tapestry of memories of my early childhood, and the change in flowers, as I journeyed from Ukraine to the UK, served as an emblem of my personal journey and life. Through my art, I would like to share the deep symbolism that this subject has for me with my viewers and remind everyone that we are all connected via our shared natural world.
